01. Website Use & Customer Information
Please ensure the details you provide for bookings and payments are accurate and kept current. You are responsible for the information shared through our site. We reserve the right to cancel services if we detect false information or site misuse.
02. Flight Training, Discovery Flights & Safety Decisions
All flights are subject to weather, aircraft condition and availability, instructor availability, weight and balance limits, FAA requirements, and the pilot’s final safety decision. When necessary, flights may be delayed, modified, canceled, or rescheduled.
03. Reservations, Payments, Cancellations & No‑Shows
To confirm your reservation, please provide valid payment information during checkout. Cancellations and rescheduling are subject to the policy provided at the time of booking. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in applicable charges or loss of prepaid amounts.
04. Weather, Maintenance, Availability & Refunds
Safety is our priority, so we may reschedule or cancel flights due to weather, maintenance, weight limits, or FAA rules. All sessions depend on pilot and aircraft availability, with the pilot having the final say on every flight. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.
05. Waivers, Gift Purchases, Pricing Changes & Applicable Law
Certain activities require a signed waiver before flight. Gift purchases are governed by the specific terms provided at the time of purchase. Please note that our prices and policies are subject to change. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
